Clearing the Cache on the Cocoon Connect App
What is cached data?
Cached data is nothing but files, images, scripts and other media files which comes from the app that is stored on your smartphone or tablet. This data is stored on your machine, so that the next time you go to use it, it’ll already be available. This saves the user time when running the App
Nothing bad will happen if you clear cache data from your smartphone. You should clear cache occasionally as this will refresh the operation of the Cocoon Connect App. When you clear the cache you are basically allowing the App to run each connected device on it like it is the first time
To clear your Cached Data on the Cocoon Connect App simply select the Me tab on the Bottom Right of the App. From there, select the Settings Tab.
In settings, select Clear Cache and the stored Cache will be returned to 0KB (zero kilobytes). Return to the Home Menu to access your refreshed devices.
